I am a clinically trained Senior Medical Writer, clinician-informaticist, and Physician Associate (PA-C) with more than 15 years of frontline experience across cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart medicine, and complex interdisciplinary care.
Throughout my career, one theme has consistently shaped my work: translating complex science, clinical workflows, and data into clear, meaningful, human-centered communication—for clinicians, patients, and the teams who support them.
My foundation is rooted in high-acuity clinical practice, which informs everything I create. I have worked in electrophysiology labs, cardiothoracic surgery, hospital medicine, and emergency settings, and I have served on international medical missions as well as as an Aeromedical Physician Associate in MEDEVAC operations with the U.S. Army Reserves, where precise communication is not optional—it can be the difference between life and death. These experiences trained me to convey critical medical information quickly, accurately, and compassionately, even under extreme pressure.
Over time, I realized that the part of medicine I loved most was not only treating disease, but helping people understand what was happening, why it mattered, and what came next. That instinct—grounded in clarity, trust, and narrative—naturally evolved into medical writing, education, and informatics-driven work.
Today, my work spans medical writing, clinical informatics, digital health, AI training and evaluation, and medical education. I create scientifically rigorous, narrative-driven content including patient journeys, clinical explainers, CME and faculty education, scientific white papers, clinical protocols, device-focused documentation, and consumer health education. I also support technology-enabled care and AI initiatives by providing clinical workflow analysis, data interpretation, and domain-expert review to ensure accuracy, safety, and real-world relevance.
